  • Alberobello Puglia

Day 2: The Wonders of Alberobello & Artisan Cheese

This morning, set off for the enchanting town of Alberobello, famous for its more than 1,500 trulli.

The little white stone huts with their signature conical roofs. These constructions are an

extraordinary example of dry-stone architecture, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

In the afternoon, visit a local dairy farm (caseificio) for a hands-on mozzarella-making workshop.

  • Polignano a Mare

Day 3 – Polignano a Mare and Monopoli

Following breakfast, depart for the cliffside splendor of Polignano a Mare. Perched dramatically above the Adriatic, this town enchants with its ivory-colored alleys and seaside terraces that seem to float between the waves and the sky.

Your journey continues in the afternoon to Monopoli, a serene port town characterized by its active fishing harbor and historic charm.

  • Cisternino

Day 4: The Rural Charm of Cisternino – Olive Groves & Culinary Heritage

This morning, journey into the heart of the Itria Valley to reach Cisternino, celebrated as one of the region's most enchanting hilltop villages. Your exploration begins at an authentic olive mill (frantoio), nestled among ancient groves. Here, you will uncover the secrets of extra-virgin olive oil production, from traditional pressing techniques to the deep cultural legacy of Puglia's "liquid gold."

  • Apulian cuisine

Day 5: Apulian Culinary Traditions – Private Masterclass

Discover the soul of local gastronomy through an exclusive cooking workshop. You will learn the art of shaping handmade orecchiette, preparing seasonal vegetable specialties, and creating classic desserts.

Spend a leisurely afternoon at your own pace.

  • Locorotondo

Day 6 – Locorotondo and Wine Tasting

Today, you will visit Locorotondo, a graceful white hilltop town in the Itria Valley, with circular alleys and panoramic views.

This area is known for its DOC white wine, made primarily from Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano

    grapes.

Enjoy a guided wine tasting in a charming local wine shop or winery, paired with local snacks like taralli and olives, and learn about the terroir and winemaking traditions with a sommelier.

  • Matera

Day 7: Ancient Wonders of Matera & Artisanal Bakery Visit

The journey continues to the breathtaking town of Matera in Basilicata, famous for the "Sassi," prehistoric cave dwellings carved directly into the limestone cliffs.

During your visit, attend a bread and focaccia tasting at a traditional bakery. Sample the renowned pane di Matera and fresh focaccia, crafted using ancestral techniques, while learning about the vital role these artisanal staples play in local culture.

  • Day 8: Bari – Historical Immersion & Sophisticated Shopping

Begin with a walk through the historic Bari Vecchia district, navigating its narrow corridors to visit architectural landmarks such as the Castle of Bari and the Basilica of San Nicola.

The afternoon offers ample opportunities for shopping, ranging from artisanal craft workshops to high-end luxury boutiques.

Experience the city's vibrant street food scene, including the classic focaccia barese, before enjoying an aperitivo at a sophisticated rooftop lounge.

  • Ostuni Puglia

Day 9 – Free Day or Optional Ostuni TukTuk Tour

You may choose to relax, explore at your leisure, or opt for a luxury excursion to Ostuni, the “White City.” Ride through its winding streets by tuk-tuk, enjoying panoramic views, charming alleys, and the radiant white architecture perched on the hilltop.

Visit artisan shops, historic churches, and hidden terraces, all with the wind in your hair.
