Beyond just reservations, I manage all communication with properties to ensure your stay is personalized to your specific requirements, such as dietary needs or room preferences.

  • Activities booking and logistics: I manage the logistics of booking and confirming your museum entries, classes, professional tour guides, and all other essential advanced bookings.

  • Transportation planning and booking: I'll book your Private drivers, arrange your airport transfer, buy your train or Ferry tickets in advance, keep your boat schedules up to date, and give you tips on how to get a taxi. 

  • Unlimited Travel Advice: Ongoing planning support before, during, and after your trip.

You’ll receive a curated proposal presented in a clear, elegant format.
We review it together and refine it until it feels perfectly aligned with your vision.

Seamless Reservations & Confirmed Details

When you’re completely happy with your itinerary, I take care of all bookings on your behalf.

We secure hotels, private drivers, trains, guides, exclusive experiences, restaurant recommendations, and reservations through trusted partners.

You receive confirmed details, clear documentation, and ongoing support leading up to departure, and everything is available through the app even offline.

From this point forward, your only role is to look forward to Italy, knowing everything has been thoughtfully handled.
